We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.

2 Corinthians 4:8–10

Current Full Time Ministries

“you are”

A program created for adolescent girls with the goal of understanding identity, value & purpose in Christ. We hope to establish a community of young believers that will encourage each other when struggles arise and self-esteem fades. Every Wednesday we meet for Bible study, fun activities & time to grow closer with each other.

CHILDREN'S Programs (dance)

As we walked the streets of the Dominican Republic, loud music filled the air, penetrating every corner of the city. The influence of music on the young girls we encountered was impossible to ignore, as we witnessed many of them dancing in a sexual manner. Some were as young as eight and had already learned to objectify themselves. After weeks of observing this, we felt a calling from God to establish a program that would positively impact these girls' lives. Drawing on her experience as a ballet teacher, Rossy saw an opportunity to teach the girls to value their bodies through ballet. Thus, every Tuesday, we gather at the community center for Bible study and ballet practice. This ministry has been in operation for 29 weeks, and we have seen firsthand how God has transformed the lives of these young girls. We ask for your prayers as we continue this vital work.

Community support programs (baking)

This class that meets every Friday was created to give women an opportunity to learn new skills to bring in income for their families. Many women in the Dominican Republic bake to earn a good living. As we wait for the cake or whatever is being made that week to bake, we share a message from the bible. Each week they are required to create what they had learned that week and return for the next class for everyone to try. We provided them with mixing bowls, measuring cups, power mixers, etc to help them jump-start their businesses.

Bible Studies

Small group Bible studies are foundational in any discipleship ministry. They offer encouragement, fellowship and direction for each participant. The goal of our outreach events is to plug people into one of the small groups we offer or connect them to a small group at a local church. We desire to study together with locals diving deeper into understanding of the Bible. Our hope is that each small group will multiply into more small groups and spread God’s love throughout the Dominican Republic.

Social media

They say, “ A picture is worth a thousand words.” We agree, which is why we will use videography and photography as tools to reach the people of the Dominican Republic. Thankfully, the internet will allow us to share what God is doing throughout the world. We will also assist missionaries in the Caribbean to share their message as well. We are excited for you to journey with us and see and hear what God is doing. All photos on this website were taken by Josiah.
